Trade visitor registration, confirmation email and passport

NEPCON ASIA’s organiser lists the 2026 edition for 27–29 October at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center, Bao’an (深圳国际会展中心(宝安)). Its focus is electronics manufacturing equipment and solutions. This guide covers that edition; use the organiser’s current visitor center for later editions or changed arrangements.

Check the visiting window

The organiser’s FAQ publishes these hours:

Date Visiting hours
27 October 2026 09:30–17:00
28 October 2026 09:30–17:00
29 October 2026 09:30–15:30

All times are local to Shenzhen. Plan appointments early enough to leave time for badge collection and walking between halls. Avoid scheduling an essential supplier meeting at the end of the shorter final day.

Register through the organiser

Start at the official visitor center and follow its registration link. The FAQ states that pre-registered trade visitors receive free expo-hall access. It directs visitors to collect their badge at the South Lobby with a registration confirmation email and passport.

Save your confirmation offline and recheck the instructions sent with your registration before travelling. If it does not arrive, use the organiser’s contact details on the linked FAQ to resolve the booking in advance. Check separate eligibility or fees for any optional package or activity you choose.

Match the journey to the venue

Use the full Bao’an venue name in your hotel and transport planning. Our exhibition venue guide explains the distinction from the Futian convention centre and the south/north lobby connections. Check the latest event hall map before choosing a meeting point.

For an airport arrival, compare the airport transfer options with your hotel and first appointment. Leave a buffer between landing and any meeting you cannot easily move.

Give the visit a concrete objective

Before browsing exhibitors, write down the production question you want to answer: a process bottleneck, an inspection requirement, a packaging problem or a proposed equipment upgrade. Then shortlist companies whose listed capabilities match that question.

Bring a brief with the relevant materials, dimensions, throughput target and acceptance criteria. For each demonstration, record the setup, sample conditions, result and unanswered questions. Ask what would change when running your own product instead of the demonstration sample.

Agree on the next step before leaving each conversation: a technical call, a sample test, a quotation with defined scope, or a factory visit. Keep those commitments with the contact and booth details. Our hardware manufacturing guide covers the follow-up checks before production decisions.
